Release notes:

Finish ecosystem updates with consistent dependency sources

Changes

• Fix ecosystem updates that stop while resolving worker dependencies when a retained Git source conflicts with another component’s moving reference to the same dependency. The selected source stays consistent through preparation and qualification.
• Preserve explicit source choices and dependency compatibility checks. Failed preparation keeps the current runtime active and does not replay conversation work.
