Power Pages templates templates-v3.0.0

This release publishes the template catalog from main at commit da7f1bc128c11ff11c23fc814be4a2b10cfd82ef. It adds eight platform-provisioned non-SPA templates alongside the existing React variants of 311 Portal and Supplier Invoice Portal. The comparison base is the latest previously published release, templates-v2.0.0.

• Added the non-SPA provisioning contract, catalog metadata, documentation, and paired desktop/mobile previews in #203.
• Added Starter Layouts 2 through 5 in #207.
• Corrected the Starter Layout 2 first-subpage desktop preview in #209.
• Extended the schema and validator to distinguish platform-provisioned entries from repository-artifact entries, with tests for both shapes.
• Updated SPA documentation and help links to the current samples layout and adjusted the Supplier profile test to wait for reload completion.

Breaking catalog contract changes

The schema category traditional is replaced by non-spa. Platform-provisioned entries use provisioning.type: "create-website-api" and an exact provisioning.templateName. They use responsivePreviews with labeled desktop/mobile pairs rather than flat previewImages. They do not define variants, requiredDataverseLanguages, solutions, or seedDataPath. Consumers that assume every catalog entry has downloadable website variants or repository solutions must be updated before using this release. These catalog contract changes are the reason for the major version increment. The existing SPA entries retain their repository-artifact shape.

Each template's documentation is under templates\non-spa\\README.md. The platform owns the generated website source and solutions. These entries ship catalog metadata, documentation, and reference previews only; there are no repository solution sources, seed-data imports, downloadable website-code variants, or build steps for them. No separately packed solution ZIPs or website archives are attached to this release.

All paths below are relative to the repository root. For each listed preview stem, both desktop-.png and mobile-.png exist in the listed directory. The catalog's responsivePreviews entries define the authoritative pairings and labels.

Provisioning prerequisites and consumer behavior

Use a consumer that supports the declared Create Website API provisioning type. Submit the exact API template name from the selected catalog entry, not a display name or guessed identifier. The current eight entries have empty requirements arrays and no catalog warning; consumers must still enforce their documented product and environment creation prerequisites. After provisioning, independently verify the resulting data model and Bootstrap assets before model- or version-specific authoring.

Resolve the release tag to its commit SHA and retrieve the manifest and every selected asset from that same immutable revision. Catalog preview paths are relative to templates\manifest.json. See the catalog, catalog contract, and non-SPA workflow.
