Release notes: AKernel v0.1.6rc9 adds native ARM64 standalone support and fixes sandbox working-directory initialization and standalone runc DNS configuration.

Highlights

• Add checksum-pinned native Linux/arm64 runtime payloads and standalone support on Apple Silicon through OrbStack, using the rrt profile with gVisor and optional runc. ARM64 builds exclude Kata, Firecracker, and GPU payloads.
• Validate build configuration and executable architecture, check standalone host capabilities before startup, protect generated credentials, and make shutdown failures observable.
• Create an explicitly configured Sandbox(cwd=...) directory and its parents before returning the sandbox, so foreground and background commands inherit a usable working directory.
• Keep managed DNS on the node resolver while giving standalone runc sandboxes a separate, namespace-reachable resolver. Require explicit resolver selection on systemd-resolved hosts to preserve operator DNS policy.
