Summary

Brickbuilder Partner Network tiers are live for ISV partners and data providers. A four-tier program (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) that recognizes partners as they invest more deeply in joint customer success.

Placement is earned across five pillars (Impact, Technical Excellence, Strategic Alignment, Readiness, and GTM & Co-Sell), anchored by the Partner Well-Architected Framework (PWAF), so every partner has a clear, transparent path to the next tier.

A trustworthy signal for customers, a roadmap for partners. Customers can quickly identify partners with proven, well-architected integrations, while partners see exactly what it takes to level up and earn more co-sell and GTM support.

Earlier this year, we redesigned the Brickbuilder Partner Network Program for ISVs and Data Providers around a simple idea: partners that create more customer impact should earn deeper investment from Databricks. Today, we’re putting our money where our mouth is with the launch of our first Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum partner tiers. As the saying goes, if you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together. We intend to go far, and aim to reward the partners that help us get there the fastest. How the tiers work The program has four tiers ( Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum) , and a partner's placement is earned across five pillars : Impact: Consumption and customer value driven through the partnership Technical Excellence: Depth and quality of validated, well-architected integrations Strategic Alignment: Commitment to shared goals and joint investment Readiness & Enablement: Trained, badged teams ready to serve joint customers GTM & Co-Sell: Joint go-to-market activation and customer wins

Built on a foundation of trust and good architecture Tiers are anchored by the Partner Well-Architected Framework (PWAF) , our prescriptive, AI-ready guidance for building secure, reliable integrations on Databricks. PWAF is how a partner demonstrates Technical Excellence: it's the bar for a validated integration, and it feeds directly into tier placement. Point your favorite AI-assisted tools at PWAF, build to the guidance, and you're building toward a higher tier. What this means for customers When a customer is choosing between partner products on Databricks, tiers tell them the partner's solution has met a rigorous bar for architecture, security, and compliance, and has a track record of joint customer success. We hold that bar deliberately high, so a Silver, Gold, or Platinum partner is one that customers can build on with confidence. Less time vetting, more time building. What this means for partners Like most things in life, our partner tiers give back more the more you put in. If you're a Databricks ISV partner or data provider, your tier is a roadmap. Every pillar comes with a clear set of requirements, and you can reference the resources linked in the Databricks Partner Portal to guide you through completing them. We've already seen partners commit to deeper investment specifically to reach the next tier, a sign the program is doing what we hoped: rewarding the partners who invest more with us. Partnership is a two-way street: the more you invest in shared customer success, the more visibility, co-selling, and go-to-market support you earn in return. Each partner earned their tier by investing in shared customer success. See some quotes below: Salesforce, Platinum

“As AI agents become a fundamental part of how work gets done across the enterprise, they need access to trusted data, business context, and governance controls wherever that information lives. By expanding our partnership with Databricks, we help our joint customers connect governed data and business context across platforms–giving humans and agents the shared foundation they need to search, reason, and act with confidence. From expanded Zero Copy integrations to seamlessly surfacing insights from Genie directly within Slack, our integrations help our shared customers build, deploy, and scale their agentic solutions. As a Databricks Platinum partner, we are unlocking key benefits from the new program that helps us drive customer success together.” —Sonja Kristiansen, VP, Business Development & Strategic Partnerships, Salesforce Dotmatics, Gold

“Dotmatics Luma and Databricks turn fragmented lab, instrument, and experimental data into a governed foundation for AI, connecting scientific workflows with enterprise-scale analytics across the full continuum from molecule to market. Layering orchestration on top of that foundation closes the loop: instruments, experiments, and decisions stop being separate steps handed off between systems and start operating as one continuous, self-improving cycle and the lab-in-the-loop model that autonomous, self-driving labs are built on. Our joint investment in product alignment, sales enablement, account planning, co-selling, and shared customer engagements turns that technical fit into a repeatable go-to-market motion and measurable customer value.” —Steve Tharp, President, Dotmatics Epsilon Data Management, Gold

“Our partnership with Databricks enables organizations to bridge the gap between customer intelligence and activation. By combining Databricks' Data Intelligence Platform with Epsilon's identity resolution, data enrichment, and activation capabilities, we're helping brands create more complete customer profiles, gain deeper audience insights, and deliver more personalized experiences. Achieving Gold partner status reflects the strength of our collaboration and our shared commitment to delivering value for mutual clients.” —Chandos Quill, SVP Channels & Alliances, Epsilon Sigma Computing, Gold

“Sigma helps customers get more out of their data and AI investments in Databricks. Business teams and technical data teams both work from governed data to solve the company's most challenging problems. Being a Gold Partner allows Sigma to continue our joint product and GTM investments to support our customers.” —Mike Palmer, CEO, Sigma Arctic Wolf Networks, Silver

“Databricks is a foundational technology partner for Arctic Wolf, powering the Lakehouse architecture, data governance, scalability, and query performance behind the Arctic...
