Release notes: Ablation supplement for the AMMO paper.

ammo-ablation-supplement-public.tar.zst is the read-only archive of machine artifacts behind the paper's controlled ablation (Appendix D) and guardrail-yield findings: the canonical per-cell ledger and per-ship audit tally, each cell's five-gate artifacts and reconciled verdict, dispatch-proof traces with distilled kernel tables for gate-passing ships, session transcripts for ships and audit-cited cells, summary tiers for the two follow-up studies, and the monitor-cost and validator investigation reports. The archive's top-level README gives a fifteen-minute verification path and discloses every known confound and omission.
