• 🔍 Azure Optimization Engine added a reference for runbooks, schedules, variables, and tables.
• 🌐 Open data added an instance size flexibility dataset that replaces the retired external ISF files.

• 🖥️ FinOps toolkit PowerShell commands fixed Deploy-FinOpsHub failures with certain -Version values, incomplete Get-FinOpsCostExport -RunHistory results, and Start-FinOpsCostExport exporting the wrong period in positive UTC offsets.
• 🌐 Open data corrected instance size flexibility ratios and region coverage.
