About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual for the position of Strategic Account Manager. As a key member of our Global Business Team, this strategic position will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients, conducting market research, and developing effective sales strategies. The successful candidate must have strong client facing skills, excellent account management abilities, and a deep understanding of project management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic and enterprise clients through effective account management, driving long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
Build trusted client relationships by providing strategic guidance, proactive recommendations, and exceptional customer service.
Oversee campaign strategy and execution within the MediaGo DSP to maximize performance, client satisfaction, and incremental revenue growth.
Analyze campaign performance and provide clear, data-driven insights and strategic recommendations through compelling client presentations and business reviews.
Own client-facing activities, including campaign briefings, status calls, quarterly business reviews, and executive presentations.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Algorithm, and Analytics teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
Resolve complex campaign and technical issues while serving as the primary escalation point for clients.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Stay current on AdTech trends, platform updates, and best practices, and apply industry knowledge to improve campaign performance and client success.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field 5+ years of experience in B2B ad sales or account management
Strong client facing skills and the ability to build & maintain relationships
Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a must
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to be a self-starter & a team player
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience with the OKR Framework is a plus
Ability to work on-site 5 days a week in our Mountain View office

Estimated Base Salary Range: $110,000–$230,000 USD
