Job Type: Contractor, Full Time, Monday - Friday

Position Overview

MediaGo is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Partner Operations Specialist to join our global operations team. In this role, you will serve as a key operational bridge between our global business teams and third-party technology & ecosystem verification partners, ensuring the long-term health, compliance, and operational excellence of our programmatic advertising platform.

This role combines partner communication, case management, and cross-functional coordination . You will be responsible for managing day-to-day partner communications, handling ad quality and compliance appeals, establishing standardized escalation trackers, and gathering market intelligence to support sustainable business growth across North America and global markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partner Relationship & Account Operations

Serve as the day-to-day operational point of contact for key ecosystem technology, compliance, and measurement partners.

Organize and lead regular operational check-ins (weekly/bi-weekly cadence) to review open cases, platform updates, and service SLAs.

Foster collaborative, trusted working relationships with external partner teams across North America.

2. Case & Appeal Management (Ad Quality & Policy)

Own the end-to-end management of ad compliance appeals, domain whitelisting, and creative scan troubleshooting across top supply and publisher channels.

Coordinate urgent (P0/P1) case escalations, investigate root causes with internal stakeholders, and submit well-documented appeals to external review teams.

Drive cases to resolution to ensure minimal disruption to live traffic and partner monetization.

3. Cross-Functional Coordination

Act as the communication liaison between external partners and internal teams, including Client Management, Business Development, Ad Operations, and Product/Engineering.

Translate operational feedback and policy guidelines into clear, actionable recommendations for internal account managers and technical teams.

4. Tracking & Ecosystem Intelligence

Build and maintain a centralized Case & Escalation Tracker to log issue types, partner responses, resolution times, and recurring root causes.

Stay up-to-date on emerging industry standards, platform policy updates, and brand safety benchmarks, sharing relevant insights with the broader team.

Proactively explore and build early communication channels with broader industry service providers to prepare for future business needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in account management, ad operations, partner solutions, customer success, or related client-facing operational roles (AdTech, digital media, or SaaS experience preferred).

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; comfortable presenting issues clearly and professionally to external partner representatives.

Language Proficiency: Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (written & spoken) is strongly preferred to facilitate smooth cross-border collaboration between North American partners and global engineering/operations teams.

Core Competencies:

High attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-through capabilities.

Proactive problem-solver with patience and persistence in managing multi-step case appeals.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-timezone work environment.

Technical Aptitude: Foundational familiarity with digital advertising concepts (DSP, SSP, programmatic buying, ad serving) is a plus, though deep technical engineering expertise is not required.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.

Hourly Pay Rate Range: $25-$35/h
